Technical Architecture
Intelli-Mortgage is based on Intelli-Mine’s Business Intelligence (BI) framework. The framework combines rich functionality; ease of use and industry best practices and is highly extensible and scalable. The different components are designed to function independently and interact through well-defined interfaces. The following diagram depicts the four major platforms that make up Intelli-Mine’s BI framework and the various interfaces. A brief description of the four platforms follows the diagram.

Analytic Platform
- Dashboards: Key Performance indicators (KPI's) and metrics are delivered as scorecards alerts, counters and other gauges.
- Analytics: Drill down on KPI's and metrics for underlying detail, analyze the facts-behind-the-numbers with intuitive and powerful analytics.
Reporting Platform
- Reports: Build and deliver conventional reports, pre-scheduled or ad-hoc, through Intelli-Mortgage’s intuitive reporting wizard
Management Data Platform
- A set of consolidated data stores containing key data elements sourced from the various transactional business applications, updated in real time or near time, as desired
Administration Platform
- This platform allows users to control access to the data based on security, manage business rules, input budgets and projections that drive scorecards and change other dynamic configuration parameters
